1. I downloaded my software and I received a file with a .asp extension, what should I do?
   This can be corrected by removing the .asp extension from the end of the file name. We also suggest downloading with the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape (downloading problem was corrected in Netscape 7.1 and newer versions)
   
   
2. I am trying to install some software and the installer returns "Connected device is not supported"
   You have version of the software that does not support your processor type. Send email to support@PocketGear.com and we will send you correct version of the software.
   Please follow this guidlines for processor types:
   PocketPC 2002 - ARM (StrongARM)
   Compaq iPAQ - ARM (StrongARM)
   Casio - MIPS
   HP Jornada - SH3 or ARM depending if running PocketPC 2000 or 2002
   Palmax @migo - ARM (StrongARM)
   
   
3. How do I uninstall or remove this application from my Pocket PC?
   
   1. From the start menu, select settings > remove programs (under the System tab)
   2. Now simply find the software in the list that you wish to uninstall
   3. Select it, and click "Remove"
   4. At this point you will be asked to confirm your request. To do so, tap 'Yes'
   5. With some applications there will be further steps. Make sure to follow all on-screen instructions.
   6. Click "ok" in the top right corner when finished
