VbSMS can be incorporated into any programming environment that supports ActiveX controls (e.g. Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft C#, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder). It works under Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000 and XP operating systems family.

VbSMS is a SMS sender tool. You can use it to send messages all over the world. VbSMS also enables to set message samples for fast sending. While, this software may not very useful for mobile phone users. And VbSMS is expensive as I think.
