  2. Can it support DVD(.vob) files?
    Yes, it supports VOB Decrypted files which removing all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, Macrovision, UOPs and Sony ARccOS). But it can't support encrypted VOB files. You should decrypt your vob files using DVDDecrypter or DVDFab Decrypter.
